Total-Ex is a software solution to a single source of truth for consistent management of EEHA compliance for all stages of a project being Engineering, Construction, Inspection and Operations/Client Management. Providing a complete Hazardous Area Verification Dossier for end user clients.
Result
Imperium Engineering have developed Total-Ex - the live Hazardous Area Verification Dossier – HAVD. Providing Engineering data and equipment registry, Audit logs, Inspection Platform, Document Control and User Competency Tracking all in one place.
How We Did It Better
Total-Ex tackles current-day HAVD management inefficiencies. As is, almost all HAVDs are managed in spreadsheets, where competency management (also in a spreadsheet) and version control continue to be a problem. Further, the opportunity for human error in existing processes is high, Total-Ex removes this issue, minimisation of such factors when dealing with data management in dangerous and high-risk compliance areas is what Total-Ex is for.
