We deliver complete commissioning services, including commissioning management and planning, execution oversight, and post-commissioning activities. This includes compliance testing of power system models, such as R1 and R2 testing, to verify performance, stability, and system integrity prior to handover.
Imperium develops, manages, and controls the full suite of testing and commissioning documentation for each facility. This ranges from high-level Commissioning Management Plans and procedures through to detailed FAT, iFAT, ITPs, commissioning work packs, and Inspection Test Record (ITR) sheets.
All commissioning and testing documentation is consolidated into structured, plant-area-based commissioning packs, providing a clear, auditable record that supports operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset management.
